The initial issues were more related to the optimization of the page. The earlier design was quite sluggish and had almost zero functionalities. Therefore, people had a hard time finding relevant information on their webpages. Besides this, the complaints option was not operating correctly.
However, they could not find any feasible, reliable and expert team to develop and redesign their webpages. Thus, the authorities wanted us to categorize huge information into categories, design the page accordingly, and intergrate the city council’s main web page. In simple words, the Brisbane city council demanded easy access for the citizens to its page.
Vision:
Brisbane City Council wanted to recreate and develop the website. It will be easier for the Brisbane residents to grab the required information from the website.
